  • A candidate in order to be eligible for admission to the B.M.M. degree course shall have passed the 12th Std.
  • Candidates belonging to the GC, must secure at least 65% marks in their Qualifying Exams.
  • Candidates belonging to the Christian Minority Community must obtain at least 60% in the Qualifying Exams.
  • Candidates belonging to SC/ST reserved category must obtain at least 55% marks in their Qualifying Exams.

University Details
  • St. Xavier College was founded by the German Jesuits in 1869. St. Xavier College is affiliated with the University of Mumbai. The university directs BMM, BMS, B.Sc. (I.T.), M.Sc. Biotechnology and MA Public Policy, self-funded diploma courses. The University of Mumbai awards diplomas for all these courses.
  • The College received the status of an independent college of the University of Mumbai since the 2010-11 academic year.
  • As the College is a minority Catholic university, 50% of the seats are reserved for students of Catholic minorities. Admissions to BMS and BMM are done through the entrance exam and the interview.
