The Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts (SSCA) is an integral part of Symbiosis International University, established in 2016. It holds the distinction of being the first school entirely devoted to providing specialized qualifications in culinary science and arts within the country. SSCA was founded to address the demands of the food industry by training and nurturing specialized culinary professionals. The flagship program at SSCA is the Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, which has garnered significant popularity and is widely sought after as one of the premier culinary degrees in the country.
Admission to the 3-year B.Sc. program in Hospitality and Culinary Management is determined through a two-step process:
Every candidate is required to participate in a proctored and timed test on the designated dates.
The Merit List, containing the names of successful candidates, will be released within 7 days after the completion of the selection process.
