About MH – CET
MH CET Law refers to Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Law, a state-level entrance examination administered by the Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra (CET Cell Maharashtra). The primary purpose of this exam is to facilitate admissions into 5-year integrated LLB (Bachelor of Laws) and 3-year LLB courses in the state of Maharashtra.

An applicant eligible for MH CET Law must have successfully completed the Senior Secondary School course (+2) or an equivalent course from an institute in Maharashtra State. This includes courses such as 11+1 or A level in the Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate course. The institution should be recognized by a board in India, whether it is a Union or State Government board, or any equivalent institution recognized by the government of a foreign country for the issuance of a qualifying certificate upon successful completion of the course examination.
For OPEN, EWS (Economically Weaker Section), and Outside Maharashtra State candidates (OMS) [All India Candidature Candidates], the minimum aggregate marks required are 45%. However, candidates belonging to SC and ST categories from Maharashtra State should have a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate, and VJNT, SBC, and OBC category candidates from Maharashtra State should have a minimum of 42% marks in aggregate to be eligible.
