1. Profile Test: This component carries a weightage of 20%, assessing candidates on specific aspects relevant to their profile.
2. Statement of Purpose (SOP): The Statement of Purpose contributes to 10% of the selection criteria, allowing candidates to express their motivations and aspirations for pursuing the program.
3. Group Discussion (GD): Group Discussion holds significant weight, accounting for 20% of the evaluation process. This stage involves assessing candidates’ communication skills, teamwork, and their ability to engage in group discussions.
4. Personal Interview (PI): The Personal Interview is a crucial component, carrying the highest weightage of 50%. During this stage, candidates are evaluated on various aspects, including their knowledge, communication skills, and suitability for the hotel management program.
The cumulative scores from these parameters determine the shortlisting and final selection of candidates for admission.
